Praxis delivers a four-day REVEAL Practitioners course in the beautiful Georgian city of Bath.

We are also able to tailor and run REVEAL courses to match your needs.


The four-day Practitioners course

This course is taught by experienced REVEAL practitioners – it is important for you that our trainers have done what they are talking about (not just read about it) and can illustrate the material with stories from the front-line.

During the four days, you will work together in small groups to apply the techniques learnt throughout the course using a continually building case study. This group working reflects how
REVEAL combines the soft human skills of communication and the hard skills of analysis and documentation in appropriate notations.

What you will gain from the course

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Appreciate the value of good requirements engineering;
• Identify and manage the project scope;
• Recognise the difference and importance of requirements, specification and domain knowledge;
• Systematically elicit and analyse requirements;
• Recognise and manage conflicting requirements;
• Document the requirements in a clear, concise, unambiguous and usable manner;
• Manage changing requirements throughout a project.
